The HFC Homeowners Association, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit Illinois corporation that promotes the recreation, health, safety, welfare, benefit and enjoyment of the homeowners within the community.

The HFCHA board directors have scheduled the board meetings for 2024. All meetings will be held at the St.Charles Police Station, located at 1515 W. Main Street, St.Charles, IL 60174. the meetings will begin at 7:00pm.
